Working together we will find the therapy or blend of therapies which will help you most effectively – Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming or Coaching can all be incorporated in achieving your goals.

Based in Witham, but covering all areas, Colchester, Maldon, Chelmsford, Braintree and beyond. Online or telephone sessions available.
